Demons PreviewI think the name of the episode next week, May 6, is Demons. A whole mess of folks have made commentsThat is the worlds second cutest baby. jep! ... just in case ... who is the first? ;) Agreed By far! I only wish you could see if she has pointy ears... hard to tell from the pic I doubt the baby would keep the pointy ears on. yeah she has pointy ear's she is a very cute baby, but whay would anybody do that to T/T, ,but anyway GO ENTERPRISE !!!!!!!! Runy: My cousin is the cutest baby I've ever seen. Mae, elctigers, miza: Yes, she has pointy ears. I think I read somewhere that they're not the sticky kind (I've worn those and they HURT!) but entirely computer created. Myst thank you for posting screencaps of Demons I cant'wait to see it.T'Baby is adorable. And the pointed hers she looks like a pixie. ahhh what a cute baby. Whoho! I went crazy when I saw this preveiw, even ask my folks! Boo-yeah! Whose with me, here? Come on people! Whose agrees with me!? What's with the plastic finger nails? When did T'Pol start wearing those? I hate the things...too much "perfection". And, what is the next body part you will be replacing with plastic? Just my .02C HAHAHA!!! in the sixth picture down, the Trip an T'Pol reaction shot, she has the exact smae look on her face when Phlox told her Lorein was her son. She's got to be thinking "*sigh* Not again. Just once I'd like to have one of my children with Trip actually conceived in me. We've had two kids already, and we've only had sex once. *sigh*" oh back up persianmouse, when did she have a child?? I'm confused. she had a baby from the ep E2, check out the previous seasons gallery on this site cant wait for robocop to be all authoritarian like wook at da wittle baby... she has tpols eyes n nose and trips forehead n hair (thank god)(or is it surak?) hey, just a suggestion for the music video creators: how's about "unravel" by bjork, listen to the words, it's kinda like the t/t ship: a two steps foward two steps back dance. okay i'm done now, it's really late here (1 a.m) i dont get the time stamp on these postings, can someone explain? okay so totally done i promise Got a taste of a teaser for "DEMONS" - I can't wait for this ep., gotta
share it with someone. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh I can't wait for this eppy! who's the blonde? hey fan, i think "unison" might be a little more
appropriate. Let's unite tonight . I love the look on phlox's when he's telling them about the baby...it screams: "Oh dear, I'm about to create a very awkward moment." I heard that about trip too (*tear*)...makes me so sad Phlox's face...hee hee typo error Trip died in the last episode!!! NOOO why kill trip? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO For the moment Trip's death is only an unconfirmed rumor. I'm really
dismayed because of those insinuations, but I still hope rumors are wrong
or fake (deliberate disinformation) and Trip doesn't die. i don't Trip dies in the last episode, but it doesn't really matter, unforttunaly the show ends, but anyway she is so cute can't wait for the rest, man it's going to be good, GO ENTERPRISE
SPOLIER re: the fingernails i guess they thought end of the series you can wear whatever you like and i think they look more like a french manicure, look good on her, and there was an episode in second season where she has french manicure too, but in Harbinger she has some nasty diseased nail "gross", but anyways GO ENTERPRISE !!!!!!, LUV YAH Hey people, Miza: I think it's because the blonde woman gives her information about the child. I'm betting that includes that hair sample, so they can tell that the baby really exists. okay even if trip does die he can't really die because in space no one can hear you scream... wait, wrong movie... see they can make a tripcentric movie, isn't that better???? right? am i right? come on have a little faith people stick with it, besides this kinda gives the video guys more material. DAMNTHEMAN SAVEENTERPRISE just remembered: spock died but didn't REALLY die I just wonder what that remark Berman made about the last ep was a
valentine. hey thank you hopefulnebula, that really helps i thought is was the DNA, but anyway hey guys what do you think T/T is thinking when they found out they have a kid, i wanna know if anybody got any feedback ? Well, I agree with trip'd out: Trip can't really die, above all
considering that 22nd century events presented in the last episode are a
holographic recreation. Where is the frontier between "historic" events
and distortions arisen from the intervention of Riker and Troi? thanx TP'D, i forgot about that one Thanks, thanks... very much. I agree, too: Trip can't died. Now, I
understand ... The Trip's death is only appearance. If you think about it, they've kind of been foreshadowing Trip's death in an...almost too blatent to be intentional way. Trip as Sim dies in Similitude, he dies in the other demention ship in E^2 when Lorian is 14, and he's wearing a red shirt in In A Mirror, Darkly-part two....so we can assume he dies?...ok, so that's only two but I'm not familiar with earlier seasons and don't know if any more Trip-deaths occur there. Also, Trip/T'Pol reactions: Now you've got to wonder how the hell this is gonna be explained, because in the episode summary on StarTrek.com it says: "Although T'Pol contends she has never been pregnant, she and Trip learn that Terra Prime has information about their child" How in the world are they gonna explain it?! If she somehow did get pregnant without Phlox figuring out a way to combine human and vulcan DNA, then is it possible the Bond between she and Trip could have made it a possibility? T'Pol did manage to sheild him from the orions with her vulcan physiology. i'm sorry everone but he will die Later, the aliens manage to beam aboard the NX-01, and confront Archer
and Trip in the corridor. The aliens knock out Captain Archer and tell
Trip that if he doesn't lead them to Shran, they're going to kill Archer.
Archer wakes up, and takes Trip to sickbay, he's in a bad shape. Trip says it's all good, and the doctor ships him into a tube, and that's the last we see him. He's dead! The last scene T'Pol's sad about Trip dying, and Archer's going to make his big speech. We hear "End Program" and the last bits are with Riker and Troi on the Enterprise D as it flies off. We hear Captain Picard, from "Star Trek: The Next Generation" saying;
"These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise...", then we see the
Enterprise from The Original Series and we hear Captain Kirk's voice, "her
ongoing mission, to seek out strange new worlds, etc.". The episode ends. It was, to quote Jolene Blalock, "appalling." If I
were the Enterprise cast, I'd be really pissed that so much screen time
went to Riker and Troi and dealt with a storyline from "The Next
Generation." this sucks !!!!! ^I whas that srry forget my name Everyone, I put the previews in here so that people wouldn't talk about Demons in the IAMD2 section. I thought people would talk about Demons, not the finale! I'm not going to put spoiler space because the finale is reportedly so depressing and crappy it won't be worth watching. Anyway, if you really want to do something about the finale, write Les Moonves, David Stapf, and Sumner Redstone asking for a 5th season with Manny Coto at the helm, and with Berman and Braga gone. Here is a link to the addresses and emails: http://triptpolers.houseoftucker.com/how_can_i_help_save_enterprise.shtml thank you clarimoto, finally replied to my question, but i want more you gotta admit this has got to be surprising for them, ok got another poll for you guys, what do you think they are going to do about the baby ? A) keep the baby, raise vulcan human b) don't keep the baby say this crazy i don't wanna be parents c)something freaky happens and the baby passes away or something, you go -> i love this stuff I still can't (or won't) believe the last ep. I'd rather had something like T'Pol and Trip living in the home of her
late mother and Archer paying a visit and at the dinner table they enjoy
old stories. And it's their sons birthday and they have a party since he's
going to the SF academy. Hi, love this site, and the screen caps. (I don't post often) Trip and T'Pol relationship is one of ENT's cornerstones. From my
viewpoint, T'Pol is an irresistibly delightful woman and Trip reaches a
perfect and close rapport with her. They are the most fascinating couple I
know. As for their baby, I think the child deserves to have a life, as
vulcan, as human or something. Tim, I would have loved your finale, but we've heard from too many people that indeed Trip gets killed, and it is a senseless death. And Berman has the gall to say that Trip is his favorite Trek character! I can only urge everyone to write to the people listed in URL I posted above to get a 5th season. I've listed emails for both Moonves and Stapf. If you don't write now, write after the finale airs to get another season. For those of you who want to write to the following actors, there is a person going to the Expo in London and she will deliver notes to the actors. If you send them to me, I'll forward them to tripslittleminx. Send by May 9. If you want, write your notes in your native language - let the actors know how international their appeal is! Connor Trinneer Send the notes to me and I'll forward: triptpolers@houseoftucker.com . Back to miza's poll: I would love to see them (a)keep the baby and raise it in a vulcan/human environment. And, I'm with Tim, that would be such a good lead up to any stories about the SF academy (which I wonder why they haven't tried yet). However, judging on the poor plot choices that have been made fairly recently (vive le Trip!), there's a horrible probability that the baby will die, leaving T'Pol so emotionally raw by the very end of the series she will have no idea what to do with herself. Or even worse than that, they save their child at the end of this arch and then NO MENTION IS MADE OF HER IN THE SEASON FINALLY!!! That's what I think is the most likely thing to happen because they tend to like to say "Here's some fan service that we had no real idea on how to make a plot out of and now we will continue on and forget it ever happened" I think the death of Trip is a way to end the series for good. There's no real chance of continuing another season even down the line if you kill such a main character off now. Trip's death symbolizes the death of Enterprise and that makes me twice as sad. ok enough already w/the boo hoo!!!! just milk the rest of the season
w/those rosy shipper glasses, for crying out loud make it last, savor the
few precious moments we have, albeit bittersweet, THEY HAVE A BABY FOR
CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!!! note to the suits: the imagination is a terrible thing to waste as always DAMN THE MAN SAVE ENTERPRISE The baby's ears are computer generated... and nicely done, I might say. Cutest baby ever. If we can get a fifth season, then Mr. Coto may be able to undo the B&B finale, including Trip's death. A great reason to write Moonves, Stapf, and Redstone to get a fifth season! got another question, does anyone know of any tv shows like this one that have been on the brink of cancellation and then comeback, because tell you the truth, i am kinda loosing hope here, but everyone pray, whatever your way of worship is hope for the best, anything is possible. we might get lucky y'know, i mean how could they do this, don't see and know how many people love the show.....GO ENTERPRISE !!!!!!!!!!!!! Miza: Farscape got canned after four seasons (during a rather infuriating cliffhanger, I might add) and got a miniseries. I absolutely agree! We can get a fifth season if we persevere until we
achieve it. To undo the B&B finale is not only good but necessary. I
don't know how they have allowed to air an abomination like that finale!
Fortunately, it was written so badly that isn't difficult to undo it in a
fifth season. We must insist on get it. If there would be a 5fth season it would be depressing for me to see
Trip having some scuccesses but to also know that he'll die just a few
years in the future. A Cliffhanger named "The Search For Trip" would be
ridiculous in my eyes ... If we are given a fifth season, then Coto could neutralize the B&B finale. How many times in the other Trek series did we see that holodeck recreations were flawed? If we get a fifth season, Coto may be able to negate the B&B finale. I don't know if he would, but it is a possibility. In an article on treknews.de I read that the scenery has already been dismantled and destroyed. I also read that a syndicate of TV stations (or sth.) negotiates with paramount about more episodes - just like it was with TOS afaik. A very little chance... You've posed the choices very clearly, Wildman. If there is very little chance, and a viewer wants to know his or her input will guarantee a positive outcome, then that person won't write. If someone wants to try to get a fifth season, then that person will write. It is just a matter of what a person wants to do. One action says there is a chance, the other says there is no chance. Folks, if you write, there is a chance. If you don't write, there is no chance. I agree, too. We must write. We must insist, like Enterprise's song
"I've got faith of my heart...". Unffortunately, to B/B 'all is
business'. it is sad that he dies, but I just thought of something reading this, he dies sorta heroically, if what the person is saying is true, at least he is sacrificing himself for Enterprise and he isn't shot and dies. But it is still a really bad ending. and t'pol better be really sad or I will be pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ON HAPPY NEWS.. according to someone on a board. Connor and his wife are excepting a Kid!!!! I will look around to see if I can find anything else. Just wanted to correct Wildman that the happy vision of the last episode being a content trip and t'pol family was originally Tim's. I am glad that Trip seems to die with a little bit of dignity and I hope they 'end the show' with some dignity as well. In my opinion, some of the other star trek series have gone out trying to drag what was left of their dignity kicking and screamin'. So this way isn't so bad...(especially judging on the quality of the Mirror universe episodes) Yay for a Connor Kid!! That's so cool! Can't wait for tonight's episode!! Real Life is unimportant. ^^ TRIP AINT DYING AND THATS FINAL. HE'S TOO PRETTY TO DIE. LET ONE OF THE UGLY ONES DIE INSTEAD. All I can say is something I've already said: B&B's finale is a so
badly written episode that isn't difficult to undo it in a fifth season...
WITHOUT B&B, OF COURSE! Once B&B harmful influence have been
eradicated we'll can forget their holographic delusions and watch a real
finale for ENT. Come on! We can get it! Too pretty to die is right! Rat bastards! Oh, sorry did I say that out loud? Baby so cute! I'm making dinner tonight and taking over the tv to watch it tonight! I was pissed at Farscape until I watched the mini series a few months ago too. With any luck we'll get that too. Congrats to Connor as well, aparently his wife is petite like Jolene. Can't wait, only 6 hours to showtime! i want a 5th episode, plain and simple, i know that we have grown with enterprise with trip on board, but as long as there is a 5th season, i dont care. hi i watched this you know im jolene blalock I want to vent a little bit. I bought all 4 seasons of "Enterprise" and I was hooked from the start. Being a Scaper, a Farscape Fan, I had torn off my Star fleet uniform that I had adorned since I was 8, and really enjoyed Farscape's premise, its different story line that Farscape gave to its fans compared to Star Trek. But after I saw the 1st Season DVDs of "Enterprise" I fell back in love with the whole idea once again of a future in space, exploring the universe on a USS Enterprise, NX-Anything, that I had enjoyed as a child with the original series and also the reinvigrating TNG. "Enterprise" grabbed me. To see the roots of Star Fleet in its infancy and watch it be born, grow, form into what in my mind, was Captain Kirk and the gang took me back to the early 1980's when I used to watch the reruns of TOS ABC showed at 10:30pm every weeknight. I watched those episodes on my ABC affiliate every weeknight. Which brings me to my reason why I am writing this post...Last night I finished Season 4 set of DVDs by watching the last 2 episodes back to back. I could even see some Farscape and Enterprise parallels which I thought were strange and very familar. Both ended with a baby involved, D'Argo Sun Crichton and Elizabeth Tucker. Both had 2 of the heros die in a scrificial manner, D'Argo and Trip. And both end with a monumental signing of a galaxy changing accord. I don't get it. Are the writers the same? But the majority of my outrage comes from the writers doing this to Trip. I was outraged for the love affair between Trip and T'Pol to end with a wimper. I was just outraged that this series ended with a dirty taste, I believe in everyone's mouths. This is the Star Trek legacy? When I saw how lame and insignificant Trip died, and how he never really told T'Pol how he felt about her, does not seem like what a Human man would do. In the special featurettes they had of him, he called himself the "every man," in short saying that he did what any man would have done in the situations he found himself in. I his dealings with T'Pol, the writers gave him no backbone, no guts to tell her how he felt, or tell her how he felt and propose mariage. So what if it would have been the first inter-species marriage between a human and Volcan. That makes more sense to me than Spock being the first offspring of such a union. Spock would have never been accepted if he were the first. A T'Pol and Trip baby would have paved the way for Spock's character than any other arc they could have given the show. Trip and T'Pol experienced something that deep as to have a child with each other, in a realtionship in what the writers would have us believe, lacked a connection because of the great differences in Volcans and Humans. That baby should have cystalized their feelings and need for each other. I mean come on, they were connected in thoughts, T'Pol was telepathecally connected to Trip, they were each others mate for life at that point. It was so strong at that point that they shared each others thoughts that it affected them even while they were away from each other on two different ships, but not connected in Marriage? Or even a full outright romance? And the writers would give him story lines that would keep them apart, they would speak to each other indifferently. Or lovingly play with each other and never come out and say how he felt. Thats not what a real man would do. Then we are led to believe that after everything they had been through together, that for 6 years after the death of their child, they would be kept apart? If anything, they would pobably want to leave each other's presence, in a transfer of some kind, because they would be for each other, a constant reminder of their dead child. T'Pol's mother knew about Trip's love for her, Dr. freaken Soong knew it, now how the heck did he know about it? Why did they kill him off in the last 5 minutes of the Series??????? I don't get it??? To close the casket on a great show I suppose. To TICK PEOPLE OFF I SUPPOSE. TO PUSH PEOPLE AWAY FROM STAR TREK I SUPPOSE!!! They blew it. The feelings that the old T'Pol told the younger one in E2 said that were released because of the trillium drugs that T'Pol was on, would be with her for the rest of her life. Those feelings seem to leave whenever something really significant was happening, and never in front of Trip. The reason she was even on the drugs was because she liked to feel, and that included the relationship she was experencing with Trip. The pieces did not connect. And they still don't. Never will. I am going to give away my DVDs. This bites. To end a show this way sucks. I believe since the beginning of the series, the real hero I looked forward to seeing on the show's next epsiodes was Trip and his development and how he brought out the best in all the other charcters. He has more character that even the captain. Trip was the inbodiment of what Star Trek is all about. He boldly went where no one had gone before, dating a Volcan chic, having baby with her, getting Pregnant himself, and having real experiences with aliens. But alas, Trip's death makes me realize once again that real life is ten times better. I got too carried away with him not telling her that he loved her and grabbing her by the hand and pulling her close, kissing and marrying the heck out of her. I have been turned away again...Sorry Star Trek, but your writers SUCK!!!!!!! No... You can't get away... From |
